I've done the Zen, Wizard and Outbreak escape rooms at this location.
I didn't love the Zen room, it's not my style and I think there were some technical issues but the other two were a lot of fun. I think the Wizard room is more medium than hard but it's one of my favorite rooms I've done. The Outbreak room is an easy/medium. They're both full of great puzzles.
Amber has been our game master the last two times and is great. She's really welcoming, gets into character and makes it really fun.
We just finished the zen room and have now completed all the rooms at this location. We had Elizabeth as our game master for every room. We have done a bunch of rooms elsewhere and she is by far the best game master we have had. When booking rooms we always hope we have her because she makes them so fun. Highly recommend both 60out and all their rooms.
This is our second room here. Both times we have had Elizabeth as our game master. She is great. She is funny and gets into character. And give helpful hints if needed. Amber and Stanley May help as well. They are also nice. So many rooms to chose from. So far we have done titanic and the wizard room. Both are linear and don't reuse hints which seems standard but there are places that do. Overall fun rooms with great game masters.
I am sad to say we completed our last room at this location. All four rooms are so, so different and all equally amazing in their own right. There's literally something for everyone here.
Jacob was our Zen Room game master and he was very fun and friendly! He also took our picture using their iPad and emailed it to me very quickly - THANK YOU! He really made us feel appreciated and was such an integral part of making sure we had a good time. Our room had one little glitch at the end and thankfully Jacob was watching us attentively so we weren't stuck waiting around for nothing. A tiny bit sad things didn't work flawlessly, but again Jacob's enthusiasm mostly made up for it.
I really do wish this location had more rooms, because they were all amazing.
ZEN ROOM was completely unique and we LOVED Keira!!
I love 60out!! I have done plenty of escape rooms all over LA and find myself constantly coming back here! We've been to 60 out at least 5 times! They do an amazing job combing storyline with fun yet challenging puzzles. Their rooms really utilize the technology aspect so it really feels like there is magic happening in the room rather than how other places use simple keys and locks. You can really tell they put a lot of thought into each room!
Our gamester was Kiera, and she really made the room complete. She was very enthusiastic and you can tell she really enjoys her job, so it made the experience that much better, she deserves a raise also because she had a lot going on for just one person to do but handled everything PERFECTLY!
The only thing that I really didn't care for was that I won a contest where I got a room for free but then was told I HAD to write a review. I don't mind writing the review because I had a great time, but I didn't like being told I had to do something after WINNING. I won the contest 2 months ago, but due to traveling and trouble securing schedules with friends there was a delay for me booking the room. There seemed to be a problem when I was about to book the room and as I was told "it would look shady to the owners if we were given a room while there was no promotion being ran" eventhough there were no stipulations in the winning email and also no expiration date. ALSO, after the room my group and I filmed 2 versions of a video for 60 out... so I feel like I did work to get the free room, even though I won a contest... it just seemed like a very odd way to go about a winning. if you don't want to give a room away, then don't do contests...
AGAIN, I love 60out and will continue to come back to all their locations (they are ever expanding, and now going to the east coast too!) and also tell all my friends to come here. like I said, they really are the best, just had to share this little thing that rubbed me a tad weird.
My partner and I did the Zen room (which everyone raves about!) and had a fabulous time.
Parking was a bit of a pain, unfortunately, so come a little early. (This is LA, after all.) Their lobby is the prettiest of the ones I've been to. It's clean, sleek, and they even have foosball and chess to occupy you.
Dr. Felicia was our supervising doctor and she was awesome! I didn't realize that they have difficulty hearing sometimes, so she shared that it is often helpful to have a visual cue when asking for a hint.
The set-up of this room before you even walk in is amazing. No spoilers, but wow. It's just cool. When I walked into the room I felt like a kid in a candy shop. The objective of this room is to add color to the white room and wow they took that theme seriously!
This is the kind of room where I felt that it takes awhile for things to fully click. We were stumped for awhile because things just made no sense but with the help of some things around the room and Dr. Felicia's guidance, we were able to figure things out. The tasks are definitely unique and I found myself giggling at some of them. Ultimately we escaped in 42 minutes. My one critique (which is really small) is that I wish they really went all out with the color! But that's really it.

Zen was my first escape room and Definitely not my last! The room was cool, our game master Jae was entertaining and it was an enjoyable experience all in all, I highly recommend it!
Our group had a great time last night at 60out in Marina Del Rey. We laughed a great deal! Our game master, Khira, was fantastic - walked us through the rules, introduced us to the room and helped us with (just a few) clues, when we got stuck. I highly recommend 60out - great way to hang with family over the holidays!
