- How much is it to book a room?
Well, that depends on the number of people in your group, the day, and the time of day. You can see for yourself here.
- I added another person to my group, but I can’t change my order, what do I do?

- Will my group be paired with another group if we don't have the maximum player amount for a game?
No, never. We offer private bookings only, and we like your group just the way it is.
- My game is today, but I can’t make it. How do I cancel?
Please give us a call or immediately. Our cancellation policy requires that you call to cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
If you are canceling ahead of time, you can go to the order in your account and click the "cancel" option!
- Are there any age limits?
Persons 18 and over are permitted to play the escape room. To inquire about children under the age of 18, please contact your desired location or see the description of your desired room.
Please note that each location has unique rules and restrictions and that your child may not be permitted to play.
- Why don’t you accommodate more than the maximum player amount in each room?
Our puzzle-filled adventures are designed for the maximum amount of players players indicated for each. We want the game to be the best quality it can be, and any more than the maximum people results in the game quality diminishing.
- Can we bring our baby?
No babies allowed. Sorry, folks.
- What are your hours?
Weekdays: 10:00am – 10:30pm
Weekends: 10:00am – 11:59pm
- Do you have two of the same room at any of your locations?
We do not. No location has the same two rooms.
- How do I book a game?
If you go to our rooms page, select a room, choose your team size, and then select an available time on the calendar and click confirm! You can also give us a call at (310) 478-4444 or shoot us an email at mail@60out.com.
- How long is each game?
Most of our games are 60 minutes long, but we have a couple games that are 75 minutes long.
- When should my group arrive for our game?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time, as you will be required to sign waivers and watch a couple videos preceding your experience.
- Do your rooms involve any climbing, or general physical activity?
Not usually, but the amount of physical activity in a room is indicated on its page. Please give us a call or email for more information about any of our rooms.
- I’m a little claustrophobic, will I be okay?
Our rooms are the same size as any regular room, and if you ever need any assistance, our game masters are watching at all times. We’re always here to help. Also, feel free to give us a call about a specific room if you’re really concerned.
- It’s my birthday, do you have any birthday discounts or packages?
We do have a birthday discount. Provide identification displaying a birthday within 7 days of your scheduled visit (before or after) and you will get a discount! Also, give us a call if you would like more information about our birthday packages.
- The Birthday discount cannot be applied to the minimum player amount in any 60out experience. If the room is 2 - 6 people, then only groups of 3 - 6 qualify. If the room is 4 - 8 people, then only groups of 5 - 8 qualify, etc.
- Only one birthday discount can be applied per group.
- Are there any actors in the room with us?
We have one game (Miss Jezebel) with an actor in the interactive experience. All of our other games will be just you and your team!
- Are you hiring?
Give us a call, or shoot us an email including your resume, we’re always interested in speaking with those showing interest in this industry!
- How often do you change the rooms?
They’re here to stay! Forever.
- Where are you located?
We have 7 different locations: West LA, Hollywood, Melrose, Marina Del Rey, Koreatown, Downtown, Silver Lake.
- Can I play by myself?
Unfortunately the minimum group size is 2 people. It is impossible to accomplish some of our puzzles with less than 2 people., and if you would like to play a game solo, you will be required to pay the price of 2 people.
- I paid already, but have to cancel my reservation? Do I get a refund?
If you cancel before the 24-hour period, you will be fully reimbursed. If not, we charge a fee of $60.
- I’m not sure how many people are going to be in my group, what should I reserve?
If you are unsure, we suggest that you select “2 players” when booking your timeslot – you can always add to your group and we will make the proper adjustments to your order when you arrive.
- I think it’d be fun to bring my company here – can I do that?
Absolutely, fill out our form, email us at events@60out.com, or give us a call and we can speak about our different company and team building packages.
- Is there any special knowledge required?
None! If you need to know anything special, we provide you with something special to help you figure it out.
- Who can play an escape game?
Anyone that’s looking for something fun and different to do! It’s suitable for teams of friends, family, colleagues, or anyone you want to share some valuable time with.
- Can I bring a camera or cell phone?
We’re not going to take your phones from you, but you’re strictly prohibited from using cameras or phones during your experience. We will take pictures after your adventure.
- Do you sell alcohol or recommend just drinking prior to arrival?
We do not let anyone under the influence play our rooms, as it is a hazard to yourself as well as our equipment. We reserve the right to turn away substance-impaired customers without a refund.
- Is there a Dress Code?
All participants must be fully clothed. Also, open-toe shoes are not permitted to be worn inside any 60out experience. Only close-toed footwear is allowed due to possible uneven surfaces and obstacles throughout the escape room.
